Verification may be required. - All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, prior to check-in, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department. No exceptions. (Please note that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.) - Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation. - Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. This includes e-cigarette and vape. - This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well. - No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. - Dogs only allowed with "Pet Friendly" listings. Prior notice and required pet fee (fee dependent on dog count, $150+). - Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able. - Consumable amenities provided are not refilled during stay. - Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!
