This includes e-cigarette and vape. - This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. - Dogs only allowed with "Pet Friendly" listings. Prior notice and required pet fee (fee dependent on dog count, $150+). - Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able. - Consumable amenities provided are not refilled during stay. - Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! We noted many things were only 15 minutes away by car including airport, Mall of America, all night Walgreens plus many restaurants. The floor plan of this house had plenty of space and was perfect for my husband & I, my son, his wife, their 3 year old and 7 week old and another adult son. Since there were two sitting rooms with TVs the 3yr old said this was the "best hotel ever!" because he had control of the programs on one of the TVs. It was easy to prepare and serve meals. The area was nice for walking our dog around the block.
