Claims will be handled in accordance with platform policies and the rental agreement. - Please do not move or rearrange major furniture (beds, sofas, tables, dressers, etc.). Damage caused by moving furniture may result in additional charges, and any labor required to return items to their original placement may incur a fee. - Minnestay is not responsible for noise, traffic, construction, or neighboring activity outside of the property's control. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances. - Temporary interruptions of utilities, Wi-Fi, or streaming services may occur and do not qualify for refunds. - Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM. Please be respectful of the permanent residents around this property. - Security cameras may be on site, located on the exterior or in the common areas of the property. - Loss of any physical keys, key fobs, garage door openers and/or parking passes will incur a fee. - Fines up to $2000 per violation may be assessed to anyone found breaking these rules.
