Verification may be required. - All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, prior to check-in, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department. No exceptions. (Please note that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.) - Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation. - Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. This includes e-cigarette and vape. - This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well. - No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. - Dogs only allowed with "Pet Friendly" listings. Prior notice and required pet fee (fee dependent on dog count, $150+). - Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able. - Consumable amenities provided are not refilled during stay. - Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Great safe neighborhood. Beds were mediocre but everyone has a different preference, it was a little too firm for me but I slept decent as we walked around MOA 4-6 hours a day for 3 days. MOA is maybe a 10 min drive. Only complaint is the internet was not working all 4 days of our stay and with3 kids in tow we all know how important internet is! I did message them and they communicated with me daily about the process of fixing the issue but it ended up being that the modem needed to be replaced. Over all I would definitely stay here again. The home was thoughtfully well stocked with extra essential items, linens, pillows and blankets. The neighborhood is quiet and we appreciated the fenced in backyard for our pup.
