We found the location to be both well positioned both for getting around the city and also a fun neighborhood to explore with breweries and restaurants nearby. The AirBnB was within a residential building which made check-in/out a little clunky (I'd recommend watching the instructional video before arrival to avoid issues) and means there are strict penalties for noise complaints.
