For nearly 10 years, we've been dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences in the Twin Cities area. Booking Requirements include that 30+ night stays may require a lease. If the stay will be paid in monthly installments, a lease will be required, and a security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at signing. If the stay is paid in full at the time of booking, no lease is required. A refundable $2500 security deposit may be required, depending on the length of the reservation, and it is refunded within 5-7 days after checkout, assuming no damage or excessive cleaning. All check-ins are contactless, requiring a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. All guests must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family unit. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation. A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Discounts are valid only at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers. All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking. Minnestay is not responsible for travel delays or cancellations due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. House Rules state that check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. This is a smoke-free property, and no smoking is allowed inside the property, on balconies/rooftop decks, or within 25 feet of the property. No events are allowed, and this home is designed for families and responsible adults. Pet-friendly listings allow dogs only, and a pet fee is required. This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior. Guests are expected to treat the property with respect, and any problems will be resolved as quickly as possible. Additional daytime or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval. Guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations. Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and security cameras may be on site. Loss of any physical keys or parking passes will incur a fee.
