If the stay will be paid in monthly installments, a lease will be required and a security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at signing. A couple things weren't perfect, such as the loud construction starting at 0730 weekday mornings, which is out of Minnestay's control, and the ear plugs were a nice touch! The shower was not satisfying, as the water pressure was low and the water didn't get hot enough for my liking... I'm picky about showers, though! The ice maker in the freezer did not work, only made like 4 ice cubes per day. These are, of course, minor complaints, and we really did enjoy our stay! There building was quiet, we didn't hear any neighbors at all, and the parking pass was such a nice perk!
