If the stay is paid in full at time of booking, no lease is required. - Security Deposit: A refundable $2500 security deposit may be required, depending on the length of the reservation. The deposit is refunded within 5-7 days after checkout, assuming no damage or excessive cleaning. Payment (when applicable): ACH (no fee) or credit card (3% processing fee). Lease and security deposit requirements do not apply to Airbnb bookings. By booking, guests agree to this policy. - All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.) - All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, prior to check-in, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department. No exceptions. (Please note that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.) - Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation. - Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. This includes e-cigarette and vape. - This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well. - No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. - Dogs only allowed with "Pet Friendly" listings. Prior notice and required pet fee (fee dependent on dog count, $150+). - Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able. - Consumable amenities provided are not refilled during stay. - Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!
